Job Responsibilities

As part of our Sales & Design team, your two major roles are to attain sales and design memorable travel for your clients to experience. A typical day’s work may involve:

Consultation: Evaluate clients’ travel preferences, interests, and budgets to ensure our services match their needs.

Itinerary Planning: Design personalised travel plans using in-depth destination knowledge and creative research skills.

Coordination: Manage all required communication and coordination for travel logistics with the Operations Team.

Pre-travel Preparation: Guarantee clients are ready with all necessary travel documents, visas, insurance, and packing lists.

Budget Management: Develop cost-effective travel experiences within clients’ financial plans.

Above & Beyond Service: Deliver exceptional support throughout the travel lifecycle, including planning, during the trip, and post-trip, to exceed client expectations.

Problem Solving: Tackle any issues that arise in the planning phase or during the trip swiftly and efficiently.

Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, using clear communication as a pivotal tool in service excellence and team collaboration.

Time Management: Efficiently juggle client demands and personal well-being, recognising the need for balance in a demanding service industry.

Destination Expertise & Sales: Possess and continually update comprehensive knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and safety information, using this expertise to drive sales by matching clients with ideal travel experiences.

Cultural Awareness: Show respect for and understanding of the cultural norms of destinations visited, enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.

Networking & Sales: Strengthen and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to boost service quality and seize sales opportunities, strategically growing our client base with targeted networking and sales efforts.

Sales Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue sales leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and maintain a proactive approach to selling and upselling services, ensuring a steady growth in client numbers and company revenue.

  • Experience as a travel consultant
  • Experience in the luxury sector of any industry
  • Extensive personal travel experiences
  • Proficient in other languages such as Mandarin or Japanese or Korean, etc.
