Uniq Luxe is seeking a Travel Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team, who will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of travel operations, ensuring every trip we craft exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Job Responsibilities
As part of our Operations team, your main role is to support the Travel Designers in creating the perfect holidays for our beloved clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational aspects of our travel services. This includes admin, bookings, coordination with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise will ensure the smooth functioning of travel arrangements, addressing any challenges with agility and professionalism.
A typical day’s work may involve:
- Drafting proposals/quotations for our clients
- Research products, destinations, activities, and all related services required to serve our clients
- Organising logistics for all travel related matters, such as booking of accommodations, cruises, and other services
- Liaise with various vendors to secure the services and ensure top-tier service quality
- Oversee booking processes and Monitor travel operations, identifying and resolving any issues promptly with minimal disruption to the client
- Provide support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their travel, maintaining the highest levels of customer service
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement operational improvements
- You communicates exceptionally well in English – written and verbal.
- Bonus: If you are proficient in Mandarin or Japanese or other languages
