      Arrive in Sydney and check into your very special hotel, Wildlife Retreat at Taronga. This is a unique accommodation experience that offers guests the opportunity to stay overnight within the zoo grounds, surrounded by Australian wildlife.

      Take a stroll around the iconic Circular Quay and The Rocks area, stopping at the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge for iconic views of the city’s landmarks.

      Visit the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, where you can see a variety of marine life, including sharks, stingrays, and penguins.

      At night, we’ll recommend family-friendly restaurants where you can wind down and discuss the day’s adventures!

      Day 4-6Blue Mountains
      Blue Mountains

      Pickup your car rental and take a scenic drive to the Blue Mountains.

      Visit Scenic World, where you can ride the steepest passenger railway in the world, the Scenic Railway, and enjoy panoramic views of the mountains.

      Spend the day exploring the Blue Mountains National Park, hiking or cycling on one of the many family-friendly trails, and enjoying the stunning views of the Jamison Valley and Three Sisters.

      Day 7-9Orange
      Orange

      Continue on to Orange (154km, 2-hours).

      Explore the local orchards and farms, such as the Orange Mountain Wines and the Borrodell Vineyard.

      Visit the Orange Adventure Playground, which offers a range of activities for kids, including a flying fox, climbing wall, and water play area.

      Day 10-12Mudgee
      Mudgee

      Drive through the scenic countryside and farmlands to arrive in Mudgee (180km, 2-hours).

      Spend the day exploring the local farms and highlights. At Mudgee Honey Haven, you can learn about the fascinating world of bees and honey production through guided tours of the farm and the honey extraction process. The farm is home to a wide variety of bees, and visitors can see the bees up close in their hives and learn about the important role they play in the environment and food production.

      At night, you can join the educational tours at Mudgee Observatory and marvel at the night sky with expert guidance from the knowledgeable astronomers.

      On the last day, check-out of your accommodation and drive to Sydney Airport to return your car rental before checking in for your flight.
