Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd is a a registered company (201421061W) and licensed travel agency (02615) based in Singapore (HQ). We provide services for you, identified as “Client(s)”, to put together a private holiday around the world and engage suppliers to provide different parts of your holiday. Any payment to Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd constitutes acknowledgement, understanding and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions* which take effect upon receipt of said payment and that you, and all members of your party, agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. *Terms and Conditions include those stated on this page as well as those attached to the invoice issued to you, the Client(s).


Available payment modes are bank transfer, cheque or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Additional fee of 3.5% of the total amount is applicable for credit card payment. We understand that 3.5% of a big invoice can be substantial, thus, unlike other companies that claimed to “absorb” the credit card fee, we do not include this charge in our quote and leave the decision to you.

You credit card will be charged in SGD equivalent based on our prevailing currency exchange rate at the time of transaction.


All cancellations must be received in writing. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions attached to your invoice for more details. Note that some bookings are non-cancellable and/or non-transferable and/or non-refundable. Refer to the invoice for the terms specific to your trip.


Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd strongly recommends that Client(s) has comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance should cover, but not be limited to, cancellation fees and loss of deposit, damage to and loss of baggage and money, medical and hospitalisation expenses, repatriation or curtailment expenses due to illness, medical air evacuation to the nearest western hospital facilities, the need to return home because of an unexpected death or illness in the immediate family, evacuation expenses, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods and accidental death or disability. Client(s) should obtain exclusion waivers where appropriate for adventure activities excluded in general travel insurances.

It is the Client(s)’s sole responsibility to obtain the appropriate insurance cover. While Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd will assist to the best of her ability in processing cancellation and/or refund/reimbursement (if applicable), Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any such loss.


It is the Client’s sole responsibility to take all appropriate medical advice prior to departure as to whether the Client is fit enough to undertake the tour and as to the vaccines, medications and other precautions appropriate to the tour. The Client acknowledges that medical services and facilities may not be readily available during the tour nor may not be to the same western world standards as the Client is used to and that no medically qualified personnel will accompany the tour.

Client(s) must inform Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd prior to commencement of the tour of any medical conditions which may affect the Client’s ability to participate in the tour. The Client(s) acknowledges and agrees that Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd and its Suppliers may in their sole discretion exclude the Client(s) from the tour or any activity if Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd or a Supplier considers the Client(s) unable to safely participate in the tour or activity as a result of a medical condition.


The Client(s) acknowledges that the Suppliers are independent contractors and are not under the direct control of Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd and are not the agents or employees of Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd. Suppliers provide services in connection with the tour pursuant to their own Terms & Conditions, which you, the client, must comply with. Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd does not warrant the performance of any supplier, and the Client(s) releases Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd from any liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including without limitation any property damage or personal injury) suffered by the Client(s) which arises from any act or omission of a Supplier to meet the Client(s)’s expectations.


Mother nature acts and behaves on her own accord. Nobody knows her plan. Nobody controls her action. Mother nature just happens, regardless of how much planning and preparation we make. As such, accommodations, sightseeing trips, special events and activities, all are subject to change. Every effort will be made to operate and deliver your trip as planned but unforeseen circumstances beyond Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd’s control may require changes to your travel itinerary even after we have sent you the final plan. Thus, we reserve the right to withdraw/cancel a tour or any part of it, make changes to the itinerary or parts of it, as Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd deems necessary. In case of any appreciable variation in the tour price due to these circumstances, Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as necessary.


All hotel, airport and tourist taxes imposed by city and state governments are included, unless otherwise stated. Gratuities for guides, drivers, porters and ship crews are not included and are at the discretion of the traveler, unless otherwise stated.


It is important that you speak to your doctor or local travel clinic to receive the latest information about vaccinations and to ensure that all your vaccinations are up to date before setting off on your overland tour. Certain countries require a yellow fever booklet. Please note that it is your responsibility that your vaccinations are up to date and that you carry proof of your vaccinations with you. Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd will not be held responsible in case of any delays or costs incurred if you are not allowed entry into a country.


It is the Client(s)’s responsibility to obtain the necessary travel visa(s) prior to departure date. Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd will not be held responsible in case of any delays or costs incurred if you are not allowed entry into a country.


Travel means there are inherent risks involved no matter how well prepared we are. The Client(s) acknowledges by making a booking with Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries all risks associated with the itinerary and travel.

By paying for the tour, The Client(s) hereby releases Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd and it’s agents, guides, travel partners, operators and sub -contractors from any and all actions, proceedings, claims and demands that the Client(s) may otherwise have now or in the future against Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd.

Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss of enjoyment, financial loss, damage, cost or expense (including without limitation any property or personal injury) suffered by the client resulting from adverse weather conditions or other circumstances.


We will do our best to make sure your trip is as perfect as possible. But there are times when things can and will go wrong. Client(s) who have cause for complaints while travelling must immediately notify Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd and it’s relevant suppliers, where possible in writing, to give Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd and her partners the opportunity to remedy the complaint. Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd will not accept responsibility for complaints received after the occurrence of an event leading to the complaint. Both Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd and the Client(s) will use alternative dispute resolution procedures to resolve disputes prior to resorting to legal proceedings.


The Terms & Conditions and booking conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Republic of Singapore and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Singapore.
