Niseko

Set against the backdrop of Mt. Yotei, this beautiful region is a feast for the eyes. In winter, the champagne powder snow and pristine ski slopes in Niseko attract skiers, snowboarders, and powder hounds, from all over the world.

It is the biggest area for skiing in Hokkaido and offers a variety of popular ski resorts of different terrains. The runs are divided into 4 areas, namely Grand Hirafu, with its satellite base Hanazono, Niseko Village and Annupuri. The typical season to enjoy good snowfall is from late November to early May, so don’t forget to plan your holiday within these months to Hokkaido during this period!

Niseko is located about 2 hrs away from New Chitose Airport. It is easily accessible with multiple bus companies providing transfer services fro/to the airport to/fro the central hub in Niseko.
