How We Work

As a leading travel-tailor company, our goal is to provide the best fitted holiday to suit your requirements. All our itineraries are tailor made and bespoke.

CONSULTATION

We try to gather as much intel as possible from our first consultation. With your initial requirement, we then design a general outline of the itinerary, known as Draft Plan, and provide you with a tentative price within 10-14 days of your first contact.

DEPOSIT

In order to proceed with a detailed itinerary addressing special requests, specific hotels or activities, events or meeting experts and focusing on your interests, a non-refundable deposit of SGD550-SGD800 per person is required, depending on the complexity of the trip. This deposit will be credited to your final invoice.

Upon receipt of the initial non-refundable deposit, we will provide more details on the itinerary and other items such as hotels selection and activities. A minimum of 50% deposit (of the Total Trip Cost) is required upon confirming the trip to guarantee the trip booking – secure hotels, services and flights.

We always strive to provide the best value for your money. Often, this means helping you secure the flights and hotels at a special rate. In such cases, further deposit is required prior to finalising the itinerary. In special circumstances such as, but not limited to, yacht charter or private jet logistics, a larger deposit will be required. The detailed itinerary may take up to several weeks to design, depending on complexity of the trip, and will involve multiple emails for your feedback and approval.

CONFIRMATION

Only upon your acceptance of the detailed itinerary and receipt of your deposit, shall we book your arrangements and issue confirmation. When you make a deposit, you are confirming that you understand our terms and conditions and have accepted them on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. All contracts with Uniq Luxe Pte Ltd are subject to these booking conditions.

Full payment must be received 60 days prior to your departure date. Reservation will be cancelled if deposit or the total trip cost is not paid by due date. If the reservation is made within 60 days, the full amount of the tour must be paid at the time of confirmation.
