Job Responsibilities

Every role in any team is important. Administration is no different. The main job responsibility of you as a Team Admin Executive/Researcher is to ensure the efficient performance of everyone in the team. Your duties revolve around managing and distributing information within the team. A typical day’s work would probably involve (not limited to): 

  • Researching products, destinations, activities, and all related services required to serve our clients
  • Creating content (writing) for travel booklets for our clients
  • Assisting in crafting travel itineraries
  • Communicating (email, phone, text) with clients and vendors to resolve any query
  • Organising and executing various errands

  • You love writing and have a knack for it
  • You communicate well in English – written and verbal.
  • Bonus: If you are proficient in Japanese (or Korean or Mandarin)
  • You love cats (and not allergic to them) and all living things
  • You enjoy good food (and adventurous in trying new cuisine)
  • You are organised and meticulous
  • You pay serious attention to details
  • You are resourceful (a problem solver)
  • You are fast and efficient
  • You are a team player and always move forward with the team’s goal 
  • You are goal driven and love challenges

  • Hours: 09:30 – 18:30 (08:30 – 17:30 WIB)
